Headache Relief

Headaches are a problem that almost every one has to face at one point or anther.
there are many natural alternatives to relieve headaches:
A-Herbs for headache relief.
1-Garlic.
2-Willow Bark.
3-Ginger.
4-Red pepper (cayenne).
5-Lavender.
6-Peppermint.

How to use Garlic for relieving headaches:
clove of garlic slightly,let it's juice spread around your mouth,within some minuets,the headache would disappear.
Herbs that relief migraine (ginger):drink (500 mg) of ginger powder mixed with cup of hot water four times a day for four days.

B-Dietary Treatment:
1-Sweet and mild testes is better in relieving.
2-Cinnamon:grind some cinnamon and make in to paste with water,apply this on the head this reduces headache.

Finally remember that balanced nutrition,vitamins and minerals all can have an influence on headaches,pay attention to your dietary as if you can find a cycle to your headache in connection
with the foods that you eat,excessive caffeine or sugar or diet that highly acidic,magnesium deficiency has been linked to some headaches,this mineral can found in great amount in nuts and green vegetables.
