Vitamin K

It's a fat soluble vitamin,heat stable and can be cooking,vitamin k can readily destroyed by light,alkali and alcohol.
sources of vitamin k:vegetable sources are rich in vitamin such as cabbage,spinach,tomato.
studies have shown that vitamin k aid preventive against cancer and the defficiency of vitamin k can have affects simillar to diabets,the vitamin k is commonly known to aid in blood colotting.
when the body injured,vitamin k initiates the prossrs of healing by slowing and stopping the bleeding.
for this reason vitamin k is given to the patients befor surgery to prevent excessive bleeding.
vitamin k allso prevents hardening of the arteries which aids in preveting heart disease and heart failure.
