The Benefit of juices

The juices of fresh fruits and vegetables are the richest sources of vitamins,minerals and enzymes, which are important for the body to get rid of it's toxins, and this reason lies in the importance of adding vegetables and fruit juice to your food daily.
Juice that gives you the ability to digest many of the necessary nuturients in the food, as well as enzymes act as a catalyst which increases the rate of food digestion and absorption by the body.
And the cooking process destroy the enzymes necessary for the body and for this reason you must take a sufficient quantity of raw fruits and vegetables or their juices within your food daily.
You have to choose between health and disease,I encourage you to choose the activity and vitality, you'll need to take up the fiber-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables and all kinds of grains and legumes such as beans, lentils and peas, Must also drink (2-4) cups of fresh juice per day.
