Asthma-Causes And Treatment

Asthma is a disease of inflammation of airways causing contriction of the bronchi and bronchioles increased mucus secretion and manifesting a difficuilt breathing.

a diet rich in complex carbohydrates,low in fat and moderate in protein is recomended,during remission it's important to nourish the lungs by incroporating in to your diet more tomatoes,carrotes,green leafy vegetables,yams,daikon raddish and sesame seed.

studies have shown (92%) improvment in one year of asthma attacks when patients are placed on vegetarian diets,allso studies have shown that (75%) of asthma is food related so asthma can be controlled when foods are properly dressed.

prevention is still beter than cure,the best method is to breast-feed for at least 12 months and then feed the infants with vegetables and fruits a balance vegetarian diet will give them what nutrients need and allso learn how to cure the infants diseases like cough,coled,influenza without using antibiotics and other druges.
